Walk is part of a series of films exploring the experience of being in London at night. It was made with a group largely comprised of strangers over a 12-hour period, overnight from sunset to sunrise. The process involved informal discussions about participants' experiences of the city, and a narrative was formed from these. This was then performed part live action and part poetic voiceover.

Edwin was invited to make the work during the Midnight Run, a night-time cultural event created by writer and artist Inua Ellams, as part of UNESCO's International Year of Light.
